Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and to services provided by Ledion & Co unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Quotes and scope
Every project is scoped and quoted individually. Prices shown on this website are starting points and do not constitute a fixed offer.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced with a start payment and a final payment on delivery. Work begins once the start payment is received.
Client responsibilities
The client provides content, materials and feedback in reasonable time, and confirms they hold the rights to any material supplied to the studio.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the client owns the final delivered work. The studio retains the right to display the project as part of its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
The studio delivers work with professional care but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work or of this website.
